RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS
Our 2023-2024 Recreational season runs from September 5th, 2023 - June 29th, 2024 and bills on a monthly basis. All families will be subject to a $80 yearly registration fee per child, which will be billed in September (and pro-rated for any families that register throughout the year)

Tiny Tots

A class for our youngest gymnasts, this is a 60 minute class that focuses on movement, color/shapes, confidence and listening skills. Parent participation is NOT required, but is encouraged for our younger ones!

Jr. Explorers
3-5 years old

For our young beginner gymnasts, this is a 60-minute class that continues to stress listening skills and confidence using basic gymnastics skills on all events!

All Around
7-11 years old

Geared towards our older intermediate gymnasts, this 60-minute class combines conditioning, flexibility and body awareness alongside basic/intermediate skills on all events.

For our advanced gymnasts, this 120-minute class introduces advanced skills in a low-pressure environment, continuing to emphasize strength and flexibility.

Tumbling
6 years old and up
$100/month
Our 60-minute tumbling classes focus on intermediate/advanced tumbling skills and trampoline/Tumble Trak drills to improve them. Great for cheerleaders looking for a class to help advance their skills or for rec kids who find they don't want to train beam or bars!

Explorers
4-7 years old

For our older beginner to young intermediate gymnasts, this 60-minute class introduces strength and flexibility exercises alongside basic/intermediate gymnastics skills on all events.

Boys Class
5-13 years old
$100/month - 1 hour class
$125/month - 1h 45min class
Our 60-minute boys class includes obstacle-based work alongside strength, tumbling, vaulting, and bar work.
For more advanced boys, we offer a more extensive 1 hour, 45 minute class that expands further on the above!
