• How do I register for classes?

    You can sign up for a free trial class at any time on our class portal, or if you are unsure what to sign up for you can send us an e-mail here, and we will set you up with a free trial class.

  • Do you offer make-up classes?

    Yes! If a child needs to miss class for any reason, you are welcome to schedule a make-up class for another time during the week. If class is not made up within the same session it is missed, the cost will be forfeited. We will not credit or refund money for missed classes, including ones canceled due to inclement weather.

  • How do I withdraw from a class?

    In the event you wish to drop your child’s enrollment, you must notify us IN WRITING no later than 7 days from the start of a session. Acceptable forms of notification include e-mail, handwritten letter, or signing a formal drop form with the front desk. We will not accept phone calls/voicemails or verbal notice from a parent or child to their coach. If you submit a drop notice after the 7-day period, you will still be charged and responsible for full payment of that session.

  • I can't remember my iClass login. What do I do?

    E-mail us directly at info@sportkidsgymnasticselite.com with your name and we will help reset your account.


    PLEASE NOTE: Your portal account is connected to whatever e-mail you gave us on your registration.

  • What is the best way to contact my child's coach?

    For recreational classes, you can e-mail info@sportkidselitegymnastics.com, and we will have your child's coach respond as soon as possible.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Yes! We offer graudated discounts for additional family members that enroll, and also offer a military discount with valid ID! Chat with our front desk for more info!
